Inviting Investors to a Deal

This guide will walk you through the process of inviting investors to a deal on the Syndicately platform.

Step 1: Navigate to the Member List

Start by navigating to the "Member List" menu.

1. Log in to your Syndicately account.
2. On the left side of the page, find and click on the "Member List" menu.

Step 2: Download the CSV Template

Next, you'll need to download the provided CSV template.

1. Click on the "Bulk Upload" button to download the CSV template.
2. The template includes fields for the investor's first name, last name, and email address.

Step 3: Fill in the CSV Template

Once you've downloaded the template, you'll need to fill in the required information for each investor.

1. Open the CSV template.
2. Fill in the required information for each investor, ensuring the details are accurate and up-to-date.

Step 4: Upload the Completed CSV Template

After you've filled in the CSV template, you'll need to upload it to Syndicately.

1. Save the completed CSV template.
2. Upload it to Syndicately by clicking on the "Upload" button.
3. This will trigger the invitation process, and all individuals listed in the CSV file will receive an invitation to commit to the deal.

Please note that invited investors must have a completed and approved investor profile on our platform to participate in the deal. If any of the individuals on your list haven't yet completed their profiles, they'll be prompted to do so during the invitation process.
