Edit SPV

This guide will walk you through the process of editing Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) details on the Syndicately platform.

Step 1: Navigate to the Deal Page

Start by navigating to the deal page.

1. Log in to your Syndicately account.
2. On the dashboard, find and click on the deal for which you want to edit the SPV details.

Step 2: Access the Edit Option

Once you're on the deal page, you'll need to locate the "Edit" button.

1. On the right side of the screen, find the "Edit" button.
2. Click on this button to access the SPV details.

Step 3: Modify SPV Details

Now, you're ready to modify the SPV details.

1. You can access and modify the following details:
   1. Accepting Subscription Docs (Yes/No)
   2. Enforce investment limit (Yes/No)
   3. Manager pays the SPV fees (Yes/No)
   4. SPV Target Value
   5. Target Close Date
   6. Investment Minimum
   7. Investment Maximum

Step 4: Save Changes

After you've made the necessary adjustments, you can save the changes.

1. Click on the "Save" button to commit your changes.
